ABERDEEN, N.C. (WNCN) – In 2015, a haunted house took CBS North Carolina’s Nate Rogers to the edge.
A year later, we’re bringing back Rogders’ story.
A haunted house in Aberdeen attracts thousands of people during the Halloween season.
The Aberdeen Fear Factory has been scaring the public for around five years.
When you arrive at fear factory, you’ll first ride around in a hearse.
WNCN followed students from Pinecrest High school on their tour earlier Thursday.
On any given night, Fear Factory includes nearly 40 actors.
“The key is absence of light and the element of surprise,” said actor Chris White.
A jigsaw room, 3D area and butcher shop are among the scenes.
“I think when they started coming out at us and following us, that’s really scary,” said patron Tahlia Drake.
The Aberdeen Fear Factory will close Halloween night.
It will re-open Nov. 13 for one night only.
