FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.(WNCN) — It was rainy and cold in Fayetteville on Sunday but that did not stop folks from coming out and enjoying the food at the Taste of Fayetteville.
From chicken to pork, the 7th annual event offered many delicacies for people to try.
Musicians performed and even Mr. Peanut himself was in attendance at Festival Park.
A Fayetteville father and son, who are both named Eric LeGloahec, talked about the BBQ at the event.
“I’ve been getting a lot of the BBQ here. It’s really good … everything’s different. I like it –I was going to try some other places as well and we just went to Raging Rooster right over here. Yep went to Raging Rooster got some fried corn, different, very good and definitely checking out the pulled pork BBQ,” said father and son Eric LeGloahec and Eric LeGloahec, both of Fayetteville.
