Wake County teacher arrested on stalking charges

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – A Broughton High School teacher was arrested Monday on stalking charges.

Timothy Justice, 28, of Raleigh was charged with cyberstalking and misdemeanor stalking, arrest records show.

The offenses occurred in late August, warrants show.

He has worked as a teacher at Broughton since 2013.

School officials said Justice has been suspended with pay.

Justice was released without bond. He has a scheduled court appearance on Dec. 12.
