WOODBURN, Ore. (KOIN) — A man and woman with warrants out for their arrests were taken into custody Sunday after police set up a perimeter around their RV.

A family disturbance was reported just before 1 p.m. on the 500 block of Willow Avenue, Woodburn Police Dept. said. Someone said they heard a woman crying for help from the RV, which was parked at a home on that block.

Officers found 30-year-old Katrica Graham and 32-year-old Michael Pearce inside the RV, police said. Pearce has reportedly had run-ins with police before and previously assaulted a public safety officer.

Graham had a warrant out for her arrest on a parole violation for arson in Douglas County, and Pearce had one for second-degree assault in Marion County.

Authorities from multiple agencies set up a perimeter around the RV on Sunday afternoon. Graham wasn’t injured but both reportedly refused to come out.

They were under the influence of methamphetamine and “acting erratically” at the time, according to police. They eventually surrendered and were taken to jail.
