GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WNCN) – Three inmates in the Wayne County Detention Center face charges following an investigation into narcotics found in the jail.
On Friday, detective with the Wayne County Drug Unit responded to the detention center in response to narotics being found at the facility.
Three inmates were charged with possession of controlled substance on the jail premises as well as misdemeanor possession of schedule IV substance.
Joseph Conrad Cerny, 39, Anthony Maurice Harris, Jr, 27, and 19-year-old Cameron Givens were all charged.
All three were given $10,000 bond each and will remain in the detention center.
