Teen found shot to death in Raleigh, police say

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – An 18-year-old was found shot to death in a vehicle Sunday afternoon, Raleigh police confirmed.

Brandon Khalil Sandy was found inside a vehicle around 1:45 p.m. after police responded to Edwin Drive on a “welfare check” call.

Sandy’s death is being investigated as a homicide, Raleigh police confirmed.
