Man shot in Durham dies of his wounds

DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — A man shot earlier this week in Durham died Thursday, police announced Friday.

Timothy Devon Fuller, 22, of Durham, was shot around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of S. Elm Street. A dark-colored vehicle was seen leaving the scene and is believed to have been occupied by two men, police said.

He died Thursday, according to police.

The shooting was one of two that happened less than a mile from each other about the same time. Police have said they don’t have any reason to believe they were connected.
