An unidentified man was caught on video stealing a charity jar at a 7-Eleven in Williamsburg last month.
The captain was reportedly wearing coveralls, rubber boots and a lifejacket at the time.
The bruises on little Alexander Robertson left an imprint of a shoe, officials said.
The victim was flown by a Coast Guard helicopter to a hospital but later died.
“His light is everywhere. His story didn’t end here,” a friend said
According to court documents, Hadley admitted to beating her son with a shoe and pushing his head on a floor.
Some passengers said they felt “traumatized” and that their lives were put in danger.
“We are not doing good,” said his brother. “We are not doing good at all. At this point we just need to have them to be alive.”
“You start to see scaling where the deicers have eaten through the top layer,” the concrete worker said.
