According to investigators, the man entered the store located at 1571 McArthur Road shortly before 2 a.m. requesting five dollars worth of gas. After the purchase the suspect stayed inside the store and later approached the clerk asking for an item behind the counter. Investigators say as the clerk completed the second sale, the suspect pulled a semi-automatic handgun from his pocket and pointed the weapon in the clerk's face.
The suspect fled via a get-away car that waited nearby. He is described as a black male, medium complexion, 5'6" tall, approximately 140 to 150 pounds and has a close cut hair style and a slight beard with a goatee.
He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, button down khaki shirt with patchy designs, long sleeves with corporal stripes down both sleeves and black shirt underneath, black Air Jordan tennis shoes with the number three on the heels. He also has identifying tattoos; one of which is located on the left side of the neck, tattoos on the complete side of the left arm, the Grim Reaper on the left forearm, several tattoos on the left hand, and a tattoo of a set of dice on the left side of the hand with flames coming up from the left knuckles.
